Neptivum accessibility statement

Updated 8 October 2026

Using Neptivum

Neptivum provides labelled standard controls, scalable text and layouts, keyboard access on supported desktops, day/night appearance and a wet/glove interface with larger controls. Important track and instrument states include text and do not depend solely on colour. Maps and the optional 3D vessel view have text and 2D alternatives. Legal notices and controls use readable, selectable text. Appearance and interface choices are in More → Settings.

Current assessment and limits

We assess specific app screens against WCAG 2.2 AA and relevant platform guidance, using automated tap-target, label, contrast and layout checks. These tests are evidence for the screens and configurations tested, not certification of whole-app conformance. Full VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard, high-contrast and maximum text-size review of the final phone, desktop and Watch releases is still required. Detailed legal documents are currently English; translated interface controls do not establish a reviewed legal translation in every market.

Request help or report a barrier

Contact support@neptivum.com and describe the screen, device, operating system and assistive technology involved. Please omit vessel positions, credentials and private crew or logbook information unless needed. We can supply legal information in an accessible alternative format and will respond normally within one month, explaining any extension.
