Delete your account

The fastest and most secure method is the authenticated Delete account action inside Neptivum.

Delete from the app

Open More.
Open Account.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm.

The app sends an authenticated deletion request and then erases its local private database, attachments and secure session.

What is deleted

Your Neptivum account and active sessions.
Cloud-synchronized vessels, voyages, tracks, logs, crew records, plans, port calls, costs and ownership records.
Backed-up photos, documents and audio-note objects.
Local app records and attachment files on the device performing deletion.

Disaster-recovery backups age out within the operational retention period described in the Privacy Policy. Records required independently by an app store or by accounting law may remain with that responsible party.

Before deleting

Deletion cannot be undone.

Export any PDF, XLSX, CSV, GPX or JSON records you want to keep. If other devices contain offline copies, remove the app or clear its storage on those devices after deletion.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel a web plan through the Stripe customer portal on the Pricing page, or cancel a store plan in the Apple App Store or Google Play account that purchased it.

Cannot access the app?

Email privacy@neptivum.com from the account email. We will verify the request without asking for your password. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are strictly necessary.
